A journey of endurance, purpose, and heart, all for families affected by childhood cancers.

Our team of Arctic Trekkers is preparing for the challenge of a lifetime, heading into the heart of the Arctic Circle to raise vital awareness and funds for The Joshua Tree, a North West and North Wales-based charity supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of families affected by childhood cancers.

🧭 The Challenge Ahead:

Beginning in Rovaniemi, Finland, this gruelling three-day expedition will take our team 40 miles into the remote Arctic wilderness. Battling below-freezing temperatures, each trekker will haul their own heavy kit, camp in the snow under the stars, and rely on months of intense training to push their mental and physical limits.

💚 Why We Trek:

The Joshua Tree currently supports over 400 families through every stage of their cancer journey, from diagnosis and treatment, through remission, and beyond. We provide tailored practical, emotional, therapeutic, and educational support for the whole family, including siblings and grandparents, completely free of charge.

We believe that while ringing the end-of-treatment bell is a moment to celebrate, it often marks the beginning of a new emotional journey. That’s why we’re there for families for as long as they need us.
