The Arts Theatre Cambridge: Pay it Forward

Our aim is simple: every primary-aged child in Cambridge should experience the magic of live theatre. Our subsidised ticket programme supports children and young people who would otherwise face barriers to experiencing the performing arts.

The Arts Theatre Cambridge is an independent theatrical charity dedicated to bringing people together to inspire and celebrate the power of live performance. With your support, we can keep this spirit alive and ensure the theatre thrives for generations to come.

Story

This March, the cast of 'Sleeping Beauty' are running the Cambridge Half Marathon to support The Arts Theatre's Pay it Forward appeal (also known as Panto Wheels).

Our legendary panto dame, Matt Crosby, celebrates twenty glittering years on stage at The Arts Theatre, and will be running alongside his fabulous co-stars: Danielle, Sophie, Steven and Oliver.

We believe that every primary-aged child in Cambridge should have the opportunity to experience the magic of live theatre, and what better way to spark a lifelong love of the arts than with the colourful characters, vibrant costumes, catchy songs, fairytale magic, and slapstick humour of a pantomime.

Every year, thanks to your generous donations, we are able to offer subsidised tickets to support children and young people who would otherwise be unable to experience the arts. And for many, this is their very first time going to a theatre.

Please help us share the joy and magic of panto, and ensure that no child is left out at Christmas.
