Story
The 8th Norwich Cubs Scouts have learnt all about one of the first all-inclusive schools in Africa. It is based in Ghana and we have learnt about how much they are helping local children. Baden Powell set us the challenge to leave the world a better place. The Cubs are doing marathon activities and hope to raise money to help one specific child, Atsu Wonder, and the other children in the inclusive school get balanced diets, special chairs and equipment that supports them. The 8th Norwich Cubs will be raising money and passing the proceeds of this fundraising to the school in Ghana. Please support the 8th Norwich Cub Scouts as they work hard to make the world a better place for other children!
8th Norwich Sea Scout Group is delighted to be working with Norwich Rotary Club on this project.
Here is a video one of the school children singing a Cub classic: Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes!!! Also see a more detailed video of the aims of the school
