Story
We're inviting young and old artists to design a postcard based on the theme "What Does Home Mean to You?" This is a creative way to reflect on safety, comfort, family, and belonging—while raising awareness and funds for GlobalARRK.
This postcard challenge is more than just a creative activity—it’s part of a campaign to amplify the voices of “stuck” parents at the Global Forum on Domestic Violence and the Hague Convention in Brazil later this year.
These parents—mostly mothers—have experienced domestic abuse and been trapped abroad due to international child abduction laws that often fail to protect victims. Their stories are powerful, but too often silenced.
With your help, we can:
Amplify the lived experiences of survivors on the international stage
Challenge harmful legal narratives like “parental alienation” that are used to silence victims
Push for trauma-informed reform that protects children and survivors, not punishes them
Every pound raised will go directly toward ensuring these voices are heard by global decision-makers. Together, we can make a difference for families who need justice and safety.
