Then, get on social media (use our hashtag - #GiveItUpForAutism), tell your friends and colleagues, talk to your neighbours and use it as an excuse to get in touch with old friends. Let them know you're taking on our challenge. Who knows? They might just join you! Give them the link to this page so they can donate directly, or ask us for a sponsorship form.
