Story
On Saturday 19th April five Axis employees are taking on Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales and England, to raise vital funds for worthy causes.
Speaking of why they've decided to take on the challenge the team said:
"I am climbing Mount Snowdon to push my limits, embrace the challenge, and make a difference. Every step I take is for those who need our support. This journey is about more than just reaching the summit; it’s about raising awareness, inspiring change, and supporting a cause that truly matters. Along the way I will take in the incredible views, the sense of achievement, and the unforgettable moments shared with friends" - Ellie Pallet, Customer Service Advisor
"I've decided to take on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon, not only as a personal test of strength and endurance but also as a meaningful journey to raise hope and support for Demelza, a children's hospice that provides care for families in need. This climb is a way to honour these children and their families" - Edie Rawlinson, Administrator
"Climbing Snowdon will be tough, but nothing compared to what the children and families at Demelza face. After volunteering with them through Axis, I saw first-hand the incredible support they provide. That’s why I’m taking on this challenge with my Axis colleagues to help raise money and ensure they can keep making a difference" - Mae Khan, Trainee Quantity Surveyor
"I’m climbing Mount Snowdon to push myself, but more importantly, to support two incredible charities. The Axis Foundation helps local causes thrive, and Demelza provides care for children and families who need it most" - Charlie Street, Trainee Quantity Surveyor
"This year, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone and taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon in Wales. It’s not just about reaching the summit, but embracing the journey, the perseverance, and the breath-taking views along the way" - Cameron Jackson, Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Any donations received will be split equally between our corporate charity partners, Demelza and the Axis Foundation. We really appreciate any support you can provide!
