We are a charity formed to raise funds for the existing Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells breastfeeding groups and build support services for infant feeding, sleep, social support and families' physical and mental wellbeing. We are fundraising to maintain and develop these services.

During COVID, we are hearing time and time again of new families feeling isolated and stuck, particularly during periods of lockdown like now. One thing we can all do during lockdown to protect our mental health is step out of the door and go for a walk. We know just how hard that can be with young babies or kids, but it is so often worth it!

Even better, get together with a friend and talk while you walk. Even during lockdown, we are still permitted to get together with one person from another household, and under 5 year olds are excluded from this total, so you can bring your baby or toddler along too.

15 miles is the distance between two of our pre-COVID locations - Otford and Tunbridge Wells - for us it's a powerful symbol of our plan to be back hosting face to face groups throughout this area in the very near future!

Maybe you feel you could walk the entire 15 miles over the next 8 weeks - about an hour's gentle stroll once a week. Or perhaps you could commit to half an hour each week and walk a total of 8 miles?
