The last couple of years have seen many ups and downs for people, and, like everyone, covid has had an impact on the lives of those we work with. We are now seeing 90% of the participants who are referred to Venture Trust are dealing with a mental health issue, which makes the work we do even more important as we support them through our programmes.

We believe in the therapeutic benefits of the outdoors for our participants mental health and wellbeing, and we promote this through all our core programmes, encouraging participants to get outdoors.

We also want to encourage you to do the same!

Our Bag A Munro campaign is a great way to raise some money for those in need, whilst getting yourself out into the great outdoors! And you do not need to be hiking a Munro to take part, we have had people bounce and slide the equivalent height in their back gardens! So get creative and get involved this summer!
