Parents with a premature or sick baby often miss out on firsts. Since April 2020, COVID-19 restrictions on the neonatal unit have meant that some parents rarely spent time together with their baby, and many will have missed out on even more of those precious first moments such as a first bath or a first nappy change.

Help Bliss be there for these babies and their families. Bake for Bliss in 2021 and DO YOUR FIRST! This could be hosting your first bake sale, organising your first virtual tea party, trying a first cake recipe or your first time eating three cupcakes in one sitting. Do your first and help raise money to support premature and sick babies.
Your support will help us campaign for parent access on the neonatal unit to return to normal across the UK, and help ensure more families can be there for their babies precious first moments. So don't wait, bake for Bliss!
How to take part in Bake for Bliss 2021
Anyone in the UK can sign up to Bake for Bliss in 2021. When you sign up on the Bliss website, you will receive a digital fundraising pack that will help make your bake event a huge success.
