Education is crucial for survivors of modern slavery to rebuild their lives. The Bakhita Centre for Research on Slavery, Exploitation and Abuse offers key pathways to support survivors in gaining confidence and building resilience through engagement in educational programmes. These programmes include the Horizons Summer School, launched in 2021, an 8-week programme that provides tailored learning, mentorship, and practical skills, and the Horizons Futures Programme, which offers post summer school support in accessing education and training opportunities. By supporting the Bakhita Centre’s Education and Well-being Fund, you invest in the future of survivors determined to rebuild their lives, giving them hope, healing, and the chance to thrive.
Every donation brings freedom, resilience, and hope.
