When life gets tough or it feels like there's nowhere to turn, Barnardo's is here. We make sure children and young people feel safer, happier and more hopeful by directly supporting them with specialist services across the UK. We have been changing childhoods and changing lives for over 150 years.

Do you have an Unseen Skill? A secret party trick? A hidden talent? Get ready to share it in Barnardo's Unseen Summer Skills Challenge!

We are asking people to get sponsored to share their Unseen Skills - those hidden talents your teammates don't know about.

Follow the four simple steps below to get involved:

1. Set up a JustGiving page, choose your skill and set a target

2. Share your page on Workplace and ask for donations to reveal your unseen skill

3. Tag and nominate a colleague or team to do the same

4. If you reach your target within six weeks, you will be invited to share your skill in Barnardo's Unseen Summer Big Reveal!
