Bath Mind is a local & independently run mental health charity here to promote and nurture everyone’s mental health through the provision of information, activities, advice and support. We are affiliated to national Mind, however are an independent charity. We operate exclusively in B&NES.

Story

We believe that nobody should face a mental health problem alone.

We are delighted to be holding our festive fun run once again, and it’s going to be a ho-ho-whole lot of fun!

Taking place on Sunday 29th November, this festive family fun run is open to all ages and fitness levels! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun activity to get you in the festive spirit, you can choose between our 2km or 5km course options. We’re excited to have you join us and encourage as many people as possible to take part!

Why support and/or take part in Mental Elf?

As a local and independent mental health charity, we are here to promote and nurture everyone’s mental health through the provision of information, activities, advice, and support. Whilst we are affiliated with national Mind in brand and mission, we are a separate charity responsible for funding all our services for our local community.

Taking part in Mental Elf is a fun and enjoyable way to support both your own AND your community’s mental health and wellbeing.

By running and supporting this fun run, you will help us provide support to everyone in Bath & North East Somerset who experiences mental distress or may be at risk of poor mental health.
