EARN YOUR BALLS. MAKE THEM COUNT.
This November, Big Ballsy Runners across the UK are taking on 10K, 50K or 100K for The Robin Cancer Trust.
Some will do it in one go. Some will chip away at it throughout the month. Some may question their life choices somewhere around kilometre 73.
But they're all doing it for the same reason: to get people talking about testicular cancer.
Around 2,400 men are diagnosed with testicular cancer in the UK every year, and it's the most common cancer in young men - but it's 95% curable if caught early.
We want more people to know their bodies, recognise when something has changed and feel confident getting it checked.
That's why The Robin Cancer Trust uses education, awareness (and occasionally a giant pair of balls) to start conversations people might otherwise avoid.
YOUR FUNDRAISING MAKES THOSE CONVERSATIONS POSSIBLE.
Every pound raised through the Big Ballsy Run helps The Robin Cancer Trust reach more people with testicular cancer awareness, deliver education and provide support to people affected by the disease.
So whether you're running, walking, fundraising, donating or sharing someone's page: you're helping us talk bollocks for a genuinely important reason.
TAKING PART?
If you've signed up for the Big Ballsy Run, create your JustGiving fundraising page and make your challenge count for even more.
Tell people which distance you're taking on.
Tell them why you're doing it.
Then ask them to back your balls.
