The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileJoin Brittle Bone Society (BBS) this May as we lace up our shoes, hop on our bikes, dive into the pool, or roll along in wheelchairs to raise awareness and funds for Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI)!
OI, also known as brittle bone disease, affects individuals of all ages, making bones fragile and prone to fractures. It's a condition that demands attention, understanding, and support.
BBS fundraising has been dented since coming out of the Covid pandemic and like everyone we have been hit hard by the cost of living crisis. We have been working with the OI community for over 56 years and we hope you will get behind our fundraising drive.
By chalking up 31 miles, (whether on your own or in a team) and participating in activities like walking, cycling, swimming, or wheeling, we not only promote physical health but also spread crucial awareness about OI. Every step, pedal, swimming-stroke, or roll we take during this month carries a message of solidarity with those living with OI and their families.
Please share your journey, inspire others, and together, let's raise funds throughout the month of May, so the BBS can continue their vital work into improving the lives of those impacted by OI.
Thanks in advance for joining forces with the BBS this May.
