Welcome to Jog-A-Thon! We are very excited to kick off the 2023 Jog-A-Thon (JAT) with four weeks of FUNdraising for various improvements on our elementary campus and program. The final day of JAT is filled with celebration on Oct. 6 when all students get to run around the track with their classmates.

Each campus has a goal to raise money for various items to upgrade and enhance the student experience.

We believe that tithing is an important part of stewardship of the funds we receive. The tithing funds will go directly to the BCS Teacher Endowment this year. The connection between teachers and students has always been at the foundation of a BCS education. The Teacher Endowment is a permanent and protected investment fund designed to grow in value to strengthen the school’s ability to recruit, support, and retain teachers who fully embrace the unique mission of BCS.

Students will learn about this year's JAT, the fundraising purpose, and the importance of tithing in their classrooms and at chapel.

Each grade will combine class efforts to work together to help meet our overall goal. Each grade level will be assigned a grade website and QR code – we use an established giving site called Just Giving to streamline the fundraising process, and it offers the option for donors to remain anonymous. The key is teamwork rather than individual competition, and students will learn how to build valuable community outreach skills by discussing their campus and Bellevue Christian School with their families, neighbors, and friends.
