Organised by Riverside Counselling ServiceThe need for mental health services has seen a huge increase with the pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis, the NHS/CAMH's are oversubscribed and this is where Riverside step in to provide affordable counselling services.
Last year, we offered over 5400 counselling sessions to 398 people and we expect those numbers to increase this year due to the demand.
To run our services to full capacity, we need to secure atleast £315k each year.
A donation of £55 can pay for a single counselling session.
A donation of £660 pays for a standard course of counselling for Young People and
A donation of £2,400 pays for a standard course of counselling for adults.
It was incredibly helpful to work through historic and current issues which were having a detrimental effect on my mental health and physical wellbeing. With the help and support of Riverside Counselling I eventually experienced a shift in perception which means a more promising and full-filled future for myself and my family.
