Friends of Double Joy (Registered Charity No 1087172) is a grassroots UK charity which raises money for Double Joy Children's Farm, a children's home in western Kenya. Double Joy is currently home to 63 children, whose parents were the victims of severe illnesses. Double Joy offers these amazing children a safe, stable and happy home and a good education to help them into adult life.

The girls' bedrooms have recently been renovated thanks to our generous donors in Kenya and the hard work of the staff at Double Joy. This has included a new floor, new roof, new beds and new mattresses! We now need to raise £1000 for paint for the bedrooms and the last finishing touches and hoping our UK and US friends can help us with that.

To do this we are raffling a Steiff teddy bear called Basko, who would like a new home with a loving, generous and kind family. Basko was donated to Double Joy by one of our donors, Angela, and is RRP c£179.

For every £5 donated, your name will be entered into our prize draw e.g. £10 = 2 entries. The draw is on 31st May 2024.
