Story

Bees Abroad Christmas appeal is raising funds for a new project in Ghana which will help people like Simon (pictured) to become beekeepers, offering a means of financial support towards their future. Simon was only able to start school last year at 17 as he worked with his father catching fish on Lake Volta from a very young age leaving no time for schooling. He now has dreams to be a doctor.

Bees Abroad is a unique team of highly experienced beekeepers who work as volunteers with trusted local partners to deliver practical projects. We keep our operating costs low and are careful in the use of all donations ensuring they find their way directly to participants.

Please help Simon and the others of the Eyke village beekeeping group in Ghana to achieve their dreams
