At different times in our lives, we need someone who has our back, someone who believes in us and our dreams. We're able to try scary things when someone tells us that we CAN do it and we ARE good enough.

We feel good when someone enjoys our company and laughs at our jokes. That's what befrienders and mentors do for young people across Glasgow and as for what young people do for befrienders and mentors - well, that's just magic!

Our volunteer befrienders and mentors need your support to carry on:

- £10 will fund an activity

- £50 will provide vital volunteer training

- £500 will support activities for a befriending match for a year

This Christmas, you can donate in the name of your family and friends and present them with a printable gift certificate to let them know that they contributed to the lives of young people in Glasgow.
