In March of 2011, Beverlys Birthdays founder, Megs Yunn, met a young girl, Beverly, who shared with Ms. Megs that she had never had her own birthday party or even her own slice of birthday cake.

Inspired by Beverlys story, Megs decided to start an organization that provides birthday celebrations for homeless children in the Pittsburgh Region.

Over the past nine years, Beverly's Birthdays has launched six programs and created tens of thousands of special birthday memories. The children we serve are dealing with difficult life circumstances and because of that, birthdays could be forgotten. When you support our work, you are a giving the families a happy memory.
