This partnership has been inspired by the experiences of Sophie, daughter of Beyond Recruitment's co-founder, Iain Jones, whose autism journey helped them understand first-hand the importance of finding the right support, guidance and educational environment.
Like many families navigating autism, Iain's family faced uncertainty while trying to understand Sophie's needs and access appropriate support. Through that journey, Autism Anglia became an important source of support and understanding.

For Co-Founder Andy Dowsett, the decision to support Autism Anglia went beyond traditional corporate fundraising.
“Choosing Autism Anglia as our first charity partner was a natural decision. We wanted to support a regional charity making a real difference in the communities we serve, but it was equally important that the partnership had a genuine personal connection for us.
The new partnership will also support Autism Anglia's wider fundraising activities, awareness campaigns and community projects, while helping connect the charity with businesses across Essex and Suffolk.
