Story

WHY NOW?

As the BGC of Joliet reaches its 70th year in 2022, the grandson and great-granddaughter of a BGC Joliet founding memberEdward N. Gosselinwant to invest in the club to support new generations and more kids reaching their full potential with two healthy meals per day, mentor relationships and positive role models, cultural field trips, and access to education. Gerald Fitzgerald and his daughter Celine Fitzgerald see the value in what Edward began and support the need in the 1,000 youth the BCG serves annually. The BGC Board of Directors recognizes the critical need to strengthen all assets, including endowments, to ensure the next 70 years and beyond of BGC alumni success.

WHAT?
