The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileOver Remembrance weekend, the Mission Motorsport team and hundreds of others descend on Anglesey circuit for a weekend of racing like no other.
A 12hr endurance race - paused for a pitlane Remembrance service at 11am on Sunday - and preceded by Supercar Saturday and the Biathlon of Foolishness!
For many of our beneficiaries, a typical Remembrance service is too much to handle, bringing up so many powerful and haunting memories. With the weekend focus on racing, not only does it help to distract from what is known to be a difficult time for many, but it also means there is an incredibly supportive community, ready to be a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold or someone to talk to all around.
They are different people from different spheres of the military, but all have one thing in common, save being blown up by IEDs, all will tell you that racing has helped them stay alive.
To help provide some light relief over an emotional weekend, some of the team decided to go for a little run into the Irish Sea. The next year, a few more decided to join them with some fancy dress thrown in for good measure - and just like that, the Biathlon of Foolishness was born!
A bit of fun to support vital charity work, helping those whose joy for life has waned to find the fun again.
