Get your bear on and take part in The Big Bear Shuffle! All you have to do is:

- Think of your challenge

- Get sponsored

- Take part and get your bear shuffle on!

You could do a sponsored walk in your back garden, up and down your stairs, around your house or on a family walk. How far you go is up to you!

Like lots of charities we have had to postpone many events over the coming weeks, which were all due to raise vital funds for Sheffield Childrens.

The Bears of Sheffield was due to raise much needed funds to redevelop the Cancer and Leukaemia Ward at Sheffield Childrens Hospital. The need for these funds hasnt gone away it is still there, so your support is needed now more than ever.

All we ask is that you try to raise £40 for Sheffield Childrens Hospital and help spread the word. Could your work colleagues or school class do it too?

The money you raise will help to ensure that the ongoing needs of the hospital continue to be met through this crisis and beyond.
