Complete the marathon distance of 26.2 miles over the month of June and get your friends and family to sponsor you along the way.
Whether you run, walk or cycle is entirely up to you complete the challenge wherever and however you want.
If you raise over £100, you'll receive an Emmaus medal to celebrate your fantastic effort. Dont let this limit you though, everything you raise makes a vital difference.
How does it work?
To complete the #BigMarathonMonth cover 26.2 miles over the 30 days in June. You can do a mile a day or just over 5 miles every weekend - everything counts!
How do I sign-up?
To take part in the #BigMarathonMonth, simply set up your fundraising page with JustGiving or download a sponsorship form.
Integrate your JustGiving page with Strava or download a mile tracker.
Go on! Start small and build up your miles.
- Walk a mile in your lunch hour if you're working from home - get your work colleagues involved.
- Grab your walking shoes, walk with a friend, take your dog, get the children involved - be as creative as you like!
- The main thing is to do it at your pace and just have fun!
