On Sunday 5 October, a team Haven House heroes will come together to take part in this 5km, 10km or 16km challenge in Epping Forest - and we want you to join us.

Every year, Haven House's nursing team support hundreds of seriously ill children and their families.

Families can access dedicated round the clock care, at the times they need it most. Care is provided where families choose - in their beautiful woodland hospice in Woodford Green, or in the home.
