Organised by Just-Ice PoyntonOur Biffa bin was destroyed by vandals, who set fire to it when the cafe was closed. It will cost the charity £200 to replace the bin, which will be taken out of the funds we use to support survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking.
We were reluctant to ask our supporters for donations, but several people have asked how they can help.
All donations received will be very much appreciated!
We'd like to thank Biffa for reducing the cost of a new bin from £450 to £200 because of our charitable status. Our grateful thanks also go to the kind member of the public who spotted the fire and moved the bin away from the building.
