We provide support, advice and housing for people experiencing a problem with their mental health here in Birmingham. Last year 25,850 people accessed our services. We could not provide these services without your support. It makes a real difference to people in our community, thank you.

Story

It is proven that spending time in nature has a positive impact on your mental health. The benefits include improved sleep, reduced stress, lower blood pressure and boosts your immune system. It is also a great way to connect and socialise with others.

Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) is the highest mountain in England & Wales and offers amazing views of Snowdonia, Anglesey, Pembrokeshire and Ireland. Throughout the climb, we will be following the lead of fully trained, first-aid certified mountain leaders before reaching the summit to take in those fantastic views.

Which is why we have set this challenge for our first ever mountain climb to help to raise funds for the services we offer in Birmingham. Services such as our Central Birmingham Wellbeing Hub and our Associates Group. More information about our services can be found here.

Whether you choose to climb in memory of a loved one, to challenge yourself or climb to help raise awareness for mental health, your support will go a long way in helping us ensure that everyone living in Birmingham has somewhere to turn to for support and advice with their mental health.
