Story

Calvert Trust Exmoor has been severely affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

We closed when the pandemic hit in March 2020 and the centre remained shut until July 2021 apart from a few weeks in September and October.

It is predicted we will have lost nearly £2 million during the course of the pandemic due to lack of guests, and we have had to sell the original farmhouse property and land in order to ensure we could stay open.

We need your help to recover. Can you be a fundraiser, to find ways of generating income for the charity? Please consider becoming a fundraiser today

Create a personal challenge that fits whatever your current situation is, to make every mile count for people with disabilities and their families.

Step, run or wheel wherever you like, whenever you like, at your own pace

All abilities are welcome to take part, regardless of disability and personal abilities. Choose a challenge that's unique to you!

Cover your distance or do your activity in a day, a week, a month or before the 30th of November. All we ask is you fundraise £250 whilst doing it.

Don't forget to share your fun on social media, we'd love to see what you're doing.

Our thanks to both fundraisers and donors for supporting our Birthday Appeal!
