At Brian House, we care for children and young people with life-limiting and complex conditions from across our local community. We provide specialist nursing care, respite stays, end-of-life care, and support for the whole family, helping them make precious memories together during the most challenging times.

As the only children's hospice on the Fylde Coast, we rely on the generosity of our community to continue providing this care. Every Santa taking part and every donation received helps ensure our doors remain open for local families who need us most.
