Join us for our World Mental Health Day 2022 event for a lovely walk around Hinchingbrooke Country Park, Huntingdon.

The park offers open grasslands, meadows, woodlands and lakes which cover 180 acres with a wealth of wildlife everywhere. Whether you would like to come alone, bring your four legged friend, explore with your family or bring some friends for a few hours to join us in 'Beating the Blues' - we would love to see you!

Please grab your walking shoes and something blue and join us in raising awareness of CPSL Mind and talking about mental health on Sunday 9th October 2022 at 11.00 am.

We would really like to raise some funds along the way too, so please ask your family, friends or colleagues to join us for our walk or feel free to donate to our campaign. By raising funds for Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire (CPSL) Mind you will be helping us to provide care and support for local people recovering from mental health challenges.

You will also be supporting our mission to tackle stigma around mental health and to raise awareness of the need for all of us to look after our mental health and our current activities, including the award-winning STOP Suicide campaign, place this community-based outlook at their heart.
