As a local enterprise agency we facilitate support to anyone that comes through our doors. Our remit as a charity is:
to relieve unemployment for the benefit of the public in Croydon and a ten mile radius by providing advice, support training and mentoring to individuals to assist them to find employment or to start and grow their own business.
People who have been made redundant or who have recently retired often call us for support directly but we also take referrals from other charities such as, Mind of Croydon and Evolve Housing who look after homeless people.
The probation service also refers to us. They currently have over 1000 people in the Croydon area who are looking for ways to rebuild their lives after spending time in prison and with a criminal record. Support, guidance and opportunity have all been proven to help prevent reoffending and we are proud of our inclusive nature and how our space along with our vast service users are making a positive impact on our local society
