The Mouth Cancer Foundations cookbook was written by patient Brenda Brady for mouth cancer sufferers and anyone who has difficulty chewing and swallowing food.

The softback book contains 40 pages of recipes and tips, from various people, including fellow sufferers and celebrity chefs Nigella Lawson, Rick Stein, Antony Worrall Thompson and Phil Vickery, who all kindly gave recipes for free.
