Story

Brighter Futures `Walk for Ruth' is in memory of our former CEO Ruth Brunton who was an amazing lady who fought a good fight against MND, but sadly passed away on 10th February 2023.

Ruth was an inspirational person, both in terms of the work she did in Jersey and the way she dealt with her illness. Her contribution to Brighter Futures and the third sector in Jersey will be her legacy along with lighting up the lives of people she encountered along the way.
