Visit the charity's profileOn the 3rd December, we'll be bringing the Bristol community together for Mental Elf. A 5k fun run for all the family at Ashton Court Estate, where all runners are encouraged to dress up as Christmas Elves. Think red rosy cheeks, Elf hat, stripes and pointy ears.
We all know Christmas can be an extra difficult time for some people and at Bristol Mind we see a rise people needing support. Money raised for Mental Elf will help us ensure nobody faces a mental health issue alone.
