Jess and Chris are taking part to raise £800 for the Brunswick HIV Welfare Fund, which provides financial support to service users facing financial hardship. It offers recurring periodic payments to people living with HIV who have no income at all, as well as emergency assistance on an ad hoc basis for those facing an immediate crisis such as being unable to afford food or essential household utilities.

A £5 donation could help towards supporting transport to a counselling appointment.

A £10 donation could help towards an emergency electric top-up payment.

A £20 donation could help towards a welfare payment to someone with no income for 2 weeks.

A £50 donation could help towards restocking personal hygiene stores for 1 month.
