Organised by Bishops Stortford Rugby Football Club17 of us are taking on some of the most breathtaking, wildest and most remote UK scenery which scales the 3 highest points in the Peak National Park- Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, aiming to complete the 26 mile route in under 12 hours.

Visit the charity's profileBSRFC JOCA has funded over 150 hours at a cost of £65 per hour to our club members and families. We have financially been able to ensure professional support immediately for a range of mental health issues including depression, drug addiction, bereavement, child anxiety as well as purchasing school uniform so one of our mini's could "fit in" at school.
The Covid pandemic and the financial crisis has put great pressure on family finances and the playing of sport generally. We are aware of people walking away from sport to save money to enable essentials to be purchased.
The new Bursary Fund will offer rugby to 5-18 year olds, supporting families that perhaps stay away due to funds or other reasons, working with local schools and community rugby coach to deliver this community opportunity.
