Organised by Tinnitus UK

Every seventh person in the UK has tinnitus. Tinnitus UK wants a world without tinnitus. They support and care for people with tinnitus, enable research on cures/treatments, train hearing professionals, advocate for policy change, and promote hearing protection for prevention.

Story

As is sadly inevitable, our fundraising activity has been impacted by coronavirus. A number of fundraisers are no longer able to take part in their upcoming fundraising events due to the cancellations.

However, the need for tinnitus advice and support is arguably more important than ever. We have taken this opportunity to introduce new ways for people to support us at this time - the simplest way to do this, and only if you are able, is to make a donation towards our work.

We are the only national charity specialising in tinnitus support. As we receive no money directly from the government, we are 100% reliant on the generosity and support of members of the public and grant-making organisations to be able to support people with tinnitus across the UK.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and support our campaign. For more information about the different ways you can support us during this difficult time, please take a look at www.tinnitus.org.uk/virtual-fundraising
