In July when we visited one of the primary schools the P7 girls who boarded were sleeping on the floor. We want to change this situation.
Additionally at Charlene Secondary School the success and growth of pupil numbers means that as the new school year starts in Feb 2025 we need more bunk beds.
Bunk beds cost £90 each and 100 bunk beds will ensure the girls we saw in the primary and the girls who join Charlene Secondary have beds to sleep on.
