On March 18, 2025, the young man Nadhir was involved in a tragic accident while working at a fuel station in the Eastern Ghouta area. A massive fire broke out, causing severe burns that covered his entire body. He was immediately transferred to the hospital for emergency care and underwent several medical procedures, including skin graft surgeries. Initially, doctors reported that the chances of survival were very limited due to the severity of the burns. However, with continuous medical attention and daily follow-up, his condition gradually stabilized.
After spending one month in the hospital, he was transferred to his family’s home to continue treatment under the supervision of a specialized nurse who visits daily to change dressings, monitor vital signs, and track the progress of his recovery through routine evaluations.
