Ormiston Bushfield Academy is committed to providing high-quality creative opportunities that enrich our students’ education and personal development. Each year, our academy production offers young people the chance to build confidence, develop performance skills and work collaboratively in a professional environment. We never deny students the opportunity to take part in our production, which often results in cast sizes of over 150 cast members. As an academy with an above average number of students receiving free school meals, rather than passing costs to parents, which could limit students’ participation, we are looking for funding to allow our production to remain fully inclusive.

To deliver a production that reflects their hard work and talent, we rely on essential resources such as costumes, props, and other production requirements. These elements significantly enhance the learning experience and ensure that every student can participate fully, regardless of financial background.

This fundraising campaign has been established to help meet these costs and to ensure that our next production maintains the high standard our students deserve. Every contribution directly supports the young people involved, enabling them to take part in an inspiring, memorable and educational creative experience. We are deeply thankful for any support offered and look forward to offering our students another fantastic opportunity – one that brings our whole school community together and remains inclusive for all.
