Organised by LOROS, the Leicestershire and Rutland HospiceA team of up to 13 volunteers are looking to walk the iconic 192 mile Coast to Coast walk which was the brain child of famous fell-walker, Alfred Wainwright. How much do you want to raise? The team are aiming to raise over £10,000 in total.

Visit the charity's profileAt LOROS we strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers.
Our fantastic team of volunteer walkers are aiming to raise over £10,000 in order to support the hospice. The funds will help us to run our 31-bed inpatient ward and facilitate our nurse led Day Therapy Unit.
The 192 mile walk starts from St Bees in Cumbria and finishes in Robin Hoods Bay in North Yorkshire with an average of 15 miles a day. Each walker has pledged to raise at least £1,000 for LOROS and cover their own costs on the journey.
