Story

In Libya, thousands of people have been reported dead after a powerful storm led to devastating floods and the collapse of several bridges. The Red Crescent has said up to 10,000 people are missing as a result of the flooding. News reports suggest much of the city of Derna, which is home to around 100,000 people, is under water.
