Story

We are building a new cancer and surgery building on Grafton Way. This new development will house one of only two of the UK's proton beam therapy (PBT) centres. PBT is a very advanced form of radiotherapy, used to treat complex cancers in children. Our new building will also be home to Europe's largest haematology (blood disease) centre and will also incorporate a short stay surgery facility. We are raising money to enhance the environment of this building, so that patients, families and carers have an even better experience here at UCLH.
