Story

Whether you want to get fit or take on a new challenge, we have the virtual event to suit you; from walking, running or cycling a distance in a day, or spreading it across 30 days, or walking 10,000 steps, doing planks or press ups, or to cover the distance of the Inca Trail, or scale Everest.

When you complete your virtual event you earn a medal; you accomplish a goal, gain a medal and raise donations for Cardiomyopathy UK, while virtually taking part with other members of #teamcardio. What do you want to achieve? Make your choice from the variety of virtual events below.

Just click to read about the event of interest, view the medal and complete the registration form. Then set up a JustGiving page linked to this page to make online donations really easy! You will be helping to raise vital funds to support even more people affected by cardiomyopathy than ever before through this worrying and anxious time.
