I hate having to write posts like this… but I need help to help them.

In just 30 days, our vet bill alone is £2,690.15 and that’s before you even factor in food, utilities, transport, supplies, and everything else it takes to keep the rescue running. The costs never stop, and right now they’re mounting faster than we can keep up with.

I also struggle with not being at the rescue full-time. While I sit back watching, our team are literally holding this rescue above water, day in and day out. They are incredible at what they do and I couldn’t be more grateful for them but passion and hard work don’t pay vet bills. Money is the one thing we can’t run without.

Coming up in February, Jäger needs a dental:

• Grade 2: £487

• Grade 3: £554

On top of that, Norma has needed repeated blood tests and vet visits due to ulcers in both eyes and an ongoing infection. Thankfully her bloods came back clear, but we’re still fighting a viral infection and she’s already cost over £400.

Then there’s the everyday essentials:

• 15+ spays/neuters every month

• Around £1,500 just for those alone

It feels endless and right now, I really need help.
