Story
This year a small team from BikeAbility Wales are riding the CARTEN100 to raise funds to support the work we do every day in our community.
Between us, we represent many different parts of BikeAbility Wales. Hollie is a Cycling Officer and key member of staff who also manages our social media and shares the stories behind our work. Ewan is our volunteer mechanic, keeping our bikes safe and road-ready. James started with us as a DofE volunteer and now helps with on-site activities (and even gets involved in some bike mechanics). Chris helps deliver our teaching programmes, supporting people to learn to ride and running road safety courses.
BikeAbility Wales exists to help make and keep cycling accessible. We work with people of all ages, abilities and disabilities, helping build confidence, independence and a love of cycling.
By taking on 100 miles from Cardiff to Tenby via BikeAbility Wales, we’re hoping to raise funds to keep our sessions running, maintain our bikes and continue making cycling accessible to the people who need it most.
If you’re able to support us, we’d really appreciate it 💛
