Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
Teddy and Cassie owners reached out to DoodleAid to rehome their two Australian Labradoodles both of which are totally adorable, Cassie and Teddy are litter siblings and are two years old. Both are very close and it would be wrong to split them up so we are currently in the process of rehoming them together. Cassie was diagnosed with Addisons Disease in January 2023 which can be managed and controlled with the correct medication. Other charities have spoken about euthanasia which should never happen to a young dog, with a condition that can be easily managed with medication. Unfortunately when we place them in their new homes, pet insurance is not possible to support Cassie’s Addisons condition so we are looking for financial support by way of donations to support Cassie’s medication for her Addison’s. The medication for Addisons costs approximately £1000 per year, the costs of which have been provided as a guide by Cassie’s current vet.
We will work closely with whoever adopts Cassie and Teddy and any monies donated will be controlled by Doodleaid Trustees so that it goes directly to support Cassie’s medical bills for her Addisons condition. All money donated as part of this fundraiser will be used for Cassie’s medical expenses; if, for any reason, Cassie does not require all of the money raised, any excess will be used to assist other dogs in DoodleAid’s care and the fundraiser closed
If you can donate any amount no matter how small it will help us to support giving Cassie a wonderful normal life with her brother Teddy.
Thank you for your support
