Story

This year for #CBITGloWeek22 we are asking for a simple pledge as well as running some fun fundraising competitions! These are all to get conversations started and encourage/educate children and young people about our key message to 'Be Seen, Not Hurt' as the winter months draw in.

Our Simple (yet effective) Pledge:

We are asking you to make a pledge in support of our campaign. We are asking you to pledge to have a conversation, yes it really is that simple. Have a conversation with a child or young person about the importance of road safety and being bright when out and about (especially in the dark). Why do we need to wear bright colours? Why is it important to have reflective gear when cycling?

Fundraising Competitions:

We are running both a photo and video competition and will be asking for a fundraising contribution of:

£5 for individual entry

£25 for small group entry (up to 6 people)

£50 for large group entry (7 people and above)

In exchange to

Submit your Glowing Superhero Pose: We are looking for you to take a VERY BRIGHT and fun superhero pose picture outdoors to help promote our GloWeek message.

Submit your Glowing Superhero dance: We are looking for you to submit your best Glowing dance routine (no longer than 30 seconds). You can do this on your own or as a group.

Please send all photo and video entries to marketing@cbituk.org. There will be a prize awarded for the best entry of each category. Thank you for your support. Lets get GLOWING!
