Story
Bradford Cathedral Choir is amazing. Choristers flourish under guidance from professional musicians, creating a unique sound loved by all who hear it. It needs your help though, so please support Mr Woollatt as he treks to raise funds for the Choir.
Mr Woollatt says: "I am looking forward to my challenge of a trek - but I will be packing blister plasters! Upkeep costs of the Cathedral alone are £2,850 a day, so raising funds for the Choir is vital. The forthcoming summer Choir Tour is an important event in the Choir's calendar and a wonderful opportunity for our choristers, so making sure that they are all able to go is very important to us. That's why I'm putting my boots on and heading out for a 42 mile trek! I will be setting off from Ripon Cathedral on the 12th March and arriving at Bradford Cathedral 48 hours later, following the Yorkshire Heritage Way.
I do very much enjoy walking, but have never done a walk on this scale before - any helpful advice would be much appreciated!".
We will all be rooting for you Mr Woollatt and look forward to welcoming you at the finishing line!
